Travel to the gorgeous historic town of Tilba, where you will be met by your Tilba Guide who will take you on a short walking tour of Tilba taking some time to sample delicious cheeses made locally at the Tilba’s ABC Cheese Factory as featured on The River Cottage TV series. Explore the quaint shops and learn about the history of the town and surrounding land.  Depart Tilba for the Rusty Fig Winery situated between the town of Cobargo and Bermagui. Enjoy an exclusive private wine tasting at one of the best local vineyards Rusty Fig Wines.  This privately owned vineyard looks over spectacular Gulaga Mountain and produces incredible wines with some unusual varieties.  

Depart Rusty Fig Winery for the Mimosa Winery which is around 15 minutes drive south of Bermagui.  Marvel at the numerous deserted beaches, native bird life and breathtaking scenery on the drive from the Rusty Fig Winery to the Mimosa Winery.  This stretch of coastline is unbelievably beautiful.   Enjoy private wine tasting at the Mimosa Winery and a delicious three course lunch with paired wines.  The food at this restaurant is made predominately from local produce and is one of the best restaurants on the whole of the South Coast. After lunch spend some time in Bermagui taking in the dramatic coastline including the Blue Pool and Bermagui Wharf.  On the return visit the Tilba Valley Winery & Ale House for an exclusive wine tasting experience.
