The Shoalhaven wineries are multi award winning, including Coolangatta Estate which is rated 5 Star in the Halliday Wine Companion, and are known for their cool climate varietals such as Chambourcin, Tempranillo and Verdelho. The wineries are smaller than other regions giving a more intimate and boutique experience. The tastings are often conducted by the owners themselves giving a personalised and knowledgeable overview of the wines you are tasting.
