Dimitri Douchin PhD

Dr Dimitri Douchin is an astrophysicist, cultural astronomer and TEDx speaker (watch here). He is the co-founder of Blue Mountains Stargazing (Bronze Winner of 2022 and 2023 NSW Tourism Awards in the Tour Operator category) with his fiancée Caroline. They are currently based in Jervis Bay.
Sharon Mason
Sharon Mason of the Djaadjawan Dancers group has been a cultural guide all over Australia including at The Rocks in Sydney and most recently works very closely with Southbound Escapes in Narooma running our Narooma cultural e-bike tours and walking tours. Sharon is passionate about sharing her knowledge.

- Location: Black Bream Point Cottages, North Narooma
- We need a minimum of 15 participants to run the tour. We will fully refund you if we don’t reach 15 participants 48 hours prior to the tour.
- Maximum capacity: 20 participants
- Minimum Age: Children above 6 years old. Child ticket: 6-15 years old. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Weather conditions: In the event of overcast skies, we will email a cancellation notification at 3 pm on the day of the tour and will offer the opportunity to reschedule with a credit valid for 3 years in Narooma, the validity can be extended and it is transferable to other people as a gift card; or to receive a refund (5% non-refundable merchant and service fees, $4.25 fees per ticket).
- Cancellations: Bookings cancelled by guests are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: Up to 24 hours before the start of the tour.
